Improving outcomes for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is imperative: for too long the gaps between pupils with SEND and those without have persisted. SEND is a whole-school issue requiring whole-school leadership. Our network exists to develop the knowledge and expertise of SEND among Senior Leaders and SENCOs so that they can provide effective leadership of SEND in their settings.
