Jodie Penn

Responsibilities:

• Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) coordination
• Event management
• Liaising with programme lead, facilitators and other stakeholders
• Managing communications
• Administrative support

Jodie has been part of the Inspiration Teaching School Hub team since it launched, bringing her experience in education since 2019 to support the development and delivery of high-quality training programmes.

Jodie supports all aspects of the TSH training programmes, with a focus on overseeing the Early Career Training Programme (ECTP). She works in close partnership with Ambition Institute, the ECTP delivery partner, and the Department for Education (DfE) to ensure accurate data management, a smooth enrolment process and the efficient running of the programme. 

Outside of work, Jodie enjoys spending time with her two young children, who keep her happily busy.
