- School contact for policy and induction queries
- Hub communications
Shannon is responsible for overseeing hub projects, training, promotion and events. Having joined the team during the first year of the ECF rollout, her focus was on coordinating ECT training, which expanded into formal ECT induction when Inspiration TSH began offering appropriate body (AB) services in September 2023.
Shannon worked in financial services until 2021 with a focus on relationship management, training and supporting businesses to understand and interpret policy.
In her spare time, she plays guitar, attends pub quizzes and looks after two cats!
